He reported with fractured tooth in his hand soon after accident .
After taking proper clinical examination it was decided to reattach the same fragment of tooth with the help of aesthetic cements and recent adhesive technologies.
Root canal treatment was completed in a single visit followed by aesthetic fiber post and reattaching same fragment.
